Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, boxes, labels, accessories, and user manuals.
• Items returned without original packaging or that are used, damaged, or incomplete cannot be accepted and will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
• Customised or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.
How to Return an Item

2. We will confirm your request and provide return instructions and address.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Ship the item back to us — you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
Refund Process
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 3–5 working days.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account (timing depends on your bank or payment provider).
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
