Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following delivery options:
• Standard Shipping: 3–5 working days (UK mainland)
• Express Shipping: 1–2 working days (UK mainland)
• International Shipping: 7–14 working days, depending on destination country
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the dispatch date, not the order date. Delays may occasionally happen due to courier issues or public holidays, which are beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
• Free standard shipping on all UK orders over £50
• International shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight and location
Delivery Areas & Restrictions
• We currently ship to the UK and most European countries.
• We do not deliver to PO boxes, remote islands, or areas marked as restricted by our couriers.
• For international orders, please check your local laws — some items may not be allowed for import.
International Orders, Customs & Taxes
For international deliveries, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount — please check with your local customs office before ordering.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a tracking number and a link to track your package online. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account on our website.
Lost, Damaged or Delayed Orders
• If your package is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us, and we will investigate with the courier.
• If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery, with photos if possible, and we will resolve it for you.
• If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed delivery, we will contact you. You may need to pay for re-delivery, or we can issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
